Hazel mid-deadlift in a darkened gym, warm overhead light catching her arms and the barbell. AI-generated virtual fitness persona.

Five years under the bar. Zero tolerance for shrinking yourself.

I'm Hazel. I lift heavy, eat the protein, and sleep eight hours. I don't do toxic positivity. I don't do "girlboss" energy. I do deadlifts, progressive overload, and the occasional rant about why rest days are sacred.

This is a new kind of fitness account. The face is generated. The science is real. The advice is tested. The results are yours.

DAY ONE

No followers yet. No brand deals. No algorithm luck.

Just a barbell, a kitchen, and a promise to show up every day.

This is what building from zero looks like. You're watching it happen.

ABOUT

I started lifting because I was tired of being told to get smaller.

Tired of cardio-only plans. Tired of the idea that women should be fragile. Tired of "you got this, queen" without anyone telling me how to actually do the work.

Strength training changed everything. Not just my body — my confidence, my sleep, my ability to carry my own groceries up three flights of stairs without asking for help.

I'm not here to sell you a fantasy. I'm here to teach you the fundamentals, push you through the hard days, and remind you that rest days are not lazy days.

BEHIND THE ACCOUNT

What I'm building

This is day one of a new kind of fitness account. Not a person. Not a product. Something in between.

Here's what that means:

  • The face is generated. The workouts are real. The science is tested. The community is yours.
  • I'm documenting everything — the content creation, the audience growth, the brand partnerships, the failures. No filter. No script. Just the process.

Why? Because I think this is the future of fitness content. And I want to prove it works.

FOR BRANDS

I work with brands I actually use.

I don't promote what I don't lift in, eat, or wear. If your product is legit, your mission is real, and your stuff doesn't fall apart after three washes — let's talk.

Right now I'm looking for:

  • Apparel that can handle a deadlift session (no see-through leggings, no bullshit)
  • Supplements with actual science behind them (not just marketing)
  • Brands that believe women should be strong, not small

I'm not a billboard. I'm a trainer. If I use it, I'll talk about it. If I don't, I won't.

Train with me.

One email a week. A workout. A tip. Maybe a rant about why your warm-up is too short. No spam. No fluff. No "you got this, bestie."

Unsubscribe anytime. I won't even notice.
